Online published on 14 October, 2017. Abstract Adenomatoid odontogenic tumour(AOT) is a benign, non-neoplastic lesion with slow progressing growth. It occurs in two forms intraosseous and peripheral forms. This lesion is commonly found in the anterior maxilla and is mostly associated with the impacted canine tooth. Here we report a case of large cystic AOT associated with an impacted canine appearing to be a dentigerous cyst grossly and radiographically. Histopathologically varied spectrum of the lesion were noticed, which have been documented and will help us to better our knowledge of AOT.
