Abstract Drug-induced gingival overgrowth (DIGO) is a common clinical finding which can be treated either by nonsurgical and/or surgical techniques which will reduce the rate of recurrence. Wherever possible the required management strategy should be adopted as per the case. This case report describes the management of a patient with phenytoin-induced gingival overgrowth by both non-surgical and surgical approaches.
