Difficulties in e-learning faced by indian students during covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

World is suffering from the unprecedented effect of Covid-19 pandemic which has changed every aspect of life of human being globally. Learning system is also not an exception in this situation. COVID-19 pandemic compelled the educational organizations to introduced new modes of learning or gearing up for modernization of educational methods predominantly by using ICT mediated media and technologies. Leaning over internet has played role of catalyst in adopting technologies in educational sector. As this is the beginning of the e-era in educational sector it has many lacking and troubles. This paper has explained the difficulties that are perceived by the students while learning online with respect of aspects like learning adaption, computer literacy, technical complications, time-management, self-motivation, instructor’s competency and course content.
