Abstract

In a rapidly evolving technological landscape and global economic shifts, businesses are encountering unprecedented external changes and a variety of employee expectations. Consequently, it's crucial for enterprises to strengthen employee engagement by improving job satisfaction, fostering a stable and harmonious internal environment, and adjusting to the dynamic and intricate external conditions. This research assesses the favourable outcomes of employee engagement on job satisfaction, investigates how the labor relations climate acts as a mediator between the two, and offers relevant practical strategies and recommendations.
