Online published on 11 July, 2022. Abstract The study discusses the user’s perspective and Satisfaction with Quality Library Services at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. A survey method was adopted to collect the data. 150 questionnaires were distributed to the faculty members, and 120 (80%) questionnaires were received. The highest number of faculty members, 51 and above years 47(39.2%), was replied. Among the faculty members, 54(45%) faculty members were ‘strongly agreed’ with the collection of library resources. The faculty members give confidence about the behaviour of the library staff members. Most respondents recognised the feature of ‘Information services and products of the library’ in the library collection.
