Abstract Smart phones have made it possible to get connected with any related organisation from anywhere for accessing valuable library resources. This paper focuses on providing library services through Mobile Apps. The paper explains the need for creating mobile apps to the library for better service. The important ingredient of the article is the ‘Contents of the mobile library app’ which outlines the contents of the app. Some of the existing library mobile apps are listed and brief information about the apps has been specified. Even it provides the web links of various mobile apps and the nature of resources available through those apps. Some of the mobile app developers are been discussed briefly which includes their web link.
