Online published on 17 July, 2018. Abstract Horizontal root fractures are one of the endodontic emergencies which mainly affect the maxillary central incisors. The management of the root fractures can be challenging as it requires a precise diagnosis and multidisciplinary approach in its treatment. This paper presents the endodontic management of the clinical case with horizontal root fracture by intra-radicular splinting with endodontic instrument along with MTA-based root canal sealer.
