Online published on 19 September, 2020. Abstract Lymphangiomas are rare congenital malformations found in the head and neck region. These fluid filled thin cystic sacs are usually found in children either right at birth or twothree years after birth. Adult cases are rare and may be initiated after a traumatic episode, though not necessarily. Most cases show localization in the neck. However, here we present a rare case of Cystic Lymphangioma in a 15 year old female patient showing presence of cystic swelling extending both in the neck and in the floor of the mouth.
