Abstract A clinical condition known as gingival fenestration, which exposes the tooth as a result of the loss of the supporting bone and gingiva, can lead to issues with root sensitivity, cavities, and aesthetics. Although uncommon, managing this issue can be challenging and requires an interdisciplinary approach This case report describes the management of gingival fenestration defect with root exposure and endodontic lesion in the upper left lateral incisor using an interdisciplinary approach. Endodontic treatment was followed by connective tissue graft technique as coverage of gingival fenestration and finally, the crown was prosthetically rehabilitated. The result of this case with connective tissue graft technique demonstrated satisfactory healing of the gingival fenestration defect with excellent color and texture match with the surrounding tissues.
