Online published on 8 December, 2011. Abstract We are reporting a rare case of female patient born with Varicella syndrome. At 2½ yrs she developed Herpes Zoster (HZ) of trigeminal (V3) nerve and an interesting finding about our case is osteonecrosis of the jaw and spontaneous exfoliation of teeth.
