This disease entity is considered when there is lip swelling and no associated systemic diseases like Crohn's disease is evident. In our case report, a male patient reported with similar asymptomatic persistent lip swelling. Usually a case of lip swelling is commonly encountered in our clinics on a daily basis therefore proper diagnosis and adequate differential diagnosis for such conditions should be elicited.
