The larvae of T. canis were experimentally hatched using 37% sodium hypochlorite and were maintained in RPMI-1640 medium with antibiotics in an incubator at 37°C, 95% humidity and gassed with 5% CO2. The culture fluid containing E/S antigen was dialysed, ultrafiltered and lyophilized. Top Keywords Toxocara canis, In vitro cultivation, Metabolic antigen. Top |
