Abstract The present paper introduces the concept of ornamental herbal garden highlighting the common herbs that can be easily grown for decorative purpose in our home and can also be used as traditional cum ethno medicinal value for the treatment of various ailments, which we come across in day to day life. Here attempt has been made to review the literature for suggesting potential medicinal herbs to be utilized in the Ornamental herbal garden.
