Abstract This study aims to gain awareness of the user's viewpoint about Digital Library and Information Center (DL & IC) services in 10 zone branches, Islamic Azad Universities, which is done by the extraction of 202 samples of the total 947 users of DL & IC. The method of research was survey-analytic and data collection tool was a questionnaire. The findings showed that 43.6 percent of the users were familiar with the services of DL & IC, 39.7 percent utilized DL & IC, and 82.4 percent learned how to use the Internet and searching in the Web-based information by their own personal experience. 21.3 percent gain favor from these services in their own Universities. The inferential findings showed that there was a significant difference in the education level and the use of the Internet which means that the higher education level was, use of the scientific websites were more. Also, the significant difference between sex and use of Web based information showed that the males use these websites more than females.
