Abstract

SARS-CoV-2 which is commonly known as Covid-19 had a very negative effect on physical and mental well being all over the Globe. The principal mental health problems that arose out of lockdowns were isolation stress, boredom and anxiety related to something bad happening. Medical research has time and again proven that human and animal interactions can be a great help in solving mental health problems. After the horrendous days were over, I consulted my friend in USA who runs an Animal care enterprise. We thought of doing a study on the above issue separately in his location in Fayetteville, Arkansas and in Ghaziabad, India.
