Online published on 2 March, 2017. Abstract To find out the remineralising agents and how they are used in dentistry. This test was conducted to take a systematic review of the remineralising agents used in dentistry. The human tooth is composed of highly mineralised tissues of the body containing hydroxyapatite as the primary constituent. Dental caries is a dynamic process which occurs when demineralisation exceeds remineralisation. But progression of dental caries is a slow process. This principle is the key to preventive dentistry. This test was examined to find out what all remineralising agents are used in dentistry and to prevent dental caries by remineralisation.
