Abstract In a current moment the health care system have various number of challenges, and the most important is the declining of body system capacity lead to the aging. The physiological adaptations in exercising to the aging processes, effects of exercising on aging response process and consequences of the medication taken during exercising to the aging activity are being reviewed. Furthermore, biological body aging also can contribute to the different of the exercising rate among male and female.
