Online published on 5 April, 2018. Abstract Broadband and Internet services have been tagged as the major vehicles for growth of the economy and they showcase the infrastructure of a country. Broadband is the part of telecommunication, which provides us with multiple channels of data with the help of a single communication medium. Broadband has given a new life and meaning to the internet. The broadband technology has gone from strength to strength and has given users faster connection speed without disrupting their telephone usage. A study has been conducted in Rohtak city on 50 BSNL broadband users. The study aims at finding the impact of various factors on the overall customer satisfaction of BSNL broadband users. The study concludes that the service, technical and personal factors have a strong impact on the overall customer satisfaction.
