Abstract This paper explores the international dimensions of the changing business landscape of Iraq in the backdrop of challenges vis-á-vis emerging issues pertaining to Gross Domestic Product, Human Rights, Freedoms, Ethics, Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), Culture, Political System, and Financial Global Market. The research design employed is the qualitative research methodology. A review of existing publications such as journals, newspaper books, etc. was carried out. The paper should be useful to Multinational Corporations (MNCs), planning to invest in companies operating in Iraq or start up a new business in Iraq. It exposes the readers to the diverse types of risks, involved in doing business in Iraq.
