Gender difference and its impact on QWL (A study on banking sector, Bangalore)

Abstract

QWL can be considered as a set of approaches, methods, ortechnologies to develop andenhance the work environment to ensure a more productive and satisfied employees. Gender discrimination sneak into the workplace as well as society at different times. Gender discrimination has become more common in work place but shown in a very subtle way. Themain objective the study is to analyse the QWL among bank employees in the city of Bangalore.But the above discussed reason gave a need to analyse the QWL based on gender.For thepurpose of this study, primary data wascollected through quantitative method using aquestionnaire. The sampling method used wasrandom sampling technique. The statistical toolslike T-Test analysis, Regression and factorial analysis is used for the analysis.
