Online Published on 17 August, 2023. Abstract In India, 48.04% of the population consists of females. Unfortunately, only 37% of women have access to healthcare compared to 67% of males. Women in India face a variety of issues, namely inaccessibility to maternity healthcare, malnutrition, illnesses like HIV-AIDS, breast cancer, and domestic violence. Societal ignorance about women’s health makes the problem even worse. There is an urgent need to address women’s health. Through extensive research, we identified women’s readiness to contribute and the causes for which they are willing to work. We formulated a plan of action to bridge the gap and empower women. In this paper, we would like to strategize how a women-centric organization can reach the community, create awareness, and bring about a change in women’s health.
