Structured questionnaire was used in collecting primary data by administering it to sample respondents and primary data were also compiled from the discussions with the employees of Durotop Construction Chemical Pvt Ltd. HR manager's competencies in Durotop Construction Chemicals, Udupi seems to be quite acceptable across different categories of employees. The respondents genuinely felt that HR manager in Durotop Construction Chemicals was acting as a welfare officer and taking care of all the laws and regulations.
