Factors Promoting Clinical Learning Among Student Nurses-Descriptive Study

Abstract

A descriptive study to assess the factors promoting clinical learning among student nurses was conducted in Shivparvathi Mandradiar Institute of Health Science, Palayakottai, Tirupur District. A total of 40 students were selected by non probability purposive sampling technique. structured questionnaire on factors promoting clinical learning was used to collect the data. demographic data revealed that majority 67.5%(27) were from Tamil medium and 29(72.5%) joined the course by self interest. The obtained mean score among the factors showed that student nurse-clinical. There was no significant association between selected factors of promoting clinical learning and the demographic variable.
