Abstract The current study at Centre of Mahatma Gandhi Rural Area Management and Alike Access to Mahatma’s Justice is intended on the core principle of “equal access to justice for all”. The present study is dedicated to the father of the nation i.e. Mahatma Gandhiji to commemorate his 150th birth anniversary who believes that India lives in its villages. Undoubtedly, the principles and visions envisaged under the Constitution of India must be carried to the villages of the Gandhiji.
