Abstract Most of the villages and cities of the Africa are vanished by this disease one by one and this can be happened in South Asia. South Asia's HIV epidemic is severe in magnitude and scope, with at least 60 percent of all people with HIV in Asia living in India. Because the HIV epidemic is highly heterogeneous, designing informed, prioritized, and effective responses necessitates an understanding of the epidemic's diversity between and within countries. The shortage of water in the country is slowly affecting the lives of people as well as the environment around them. People living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and households affected by HIV and AIDS have a substantially greater need for ‘WaSH’ services: more water; safe water; access to water and sanitation; proper hygiene. This paper is establishes an approach of right to pure water and proper sanitation for those who are affected by HIV/AIDS, because in the absence of pure water and proper sanitation their life period will become shorter.
