Abstract In the recent times employers’ relationship with their employees has gained attention in the global business. More over ethical issues in employment relationships like employee discrimination, rights and duties were strongly criticised. Many issues were argue with their inalienable employability rights such as right to work, right to privacy and right to be paid. Ethical discussions in HRM have often reduced due to the employee discrimination and employees are treated as disposal and expendables in the firms. Employees were felt in secured and extremely vulnerable position. Expendability of employees was treated as business morality on the ground of ethical position. The fall of communism and the declining effect of the labour unions in the world wide have changed the role of employees to work as willing slaves. Ethics in employment management practices like employee related policies and HRM practices has considerably get attention in the recent times. It is important that organisational sustainability and their long term visions had been achieved by ensuring the humanity approach of the employees with their satisfaction. This article will focus on the Soft and hard versions of HRM issues like employees’ creativity, participation, organisational rationality, control and profitability.
