Abstract In this knowledge era the value of human capital has taken the prime slot. A country may have plenty of natural and physical resources but if it does not have the efficient and able human capital to exploit the available resources than the whole process of development becomes fruitless. In this paper an attempt has been made to measure and compare level of human capital in developing countries based on the selected socio-economic indicators.
