The impact of work related attitudes on job performance of non-managerial employees in the banking sector in Sri Lanka Kappagoda U. W. M. R. Sampath PHD Research Scholar, School of Graduate Studies Management and Science University, Malaysia Online published on 20 June, 2013. Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of work related attitudes on job performance of non -managerial employees in the banking sector in Sri Lanka. The sample consisted of 400 non -managerial employees randomly selected from Systemically Important Banks. A questionnaire was administered among the non -managerial employees. The collected data were analyzed using correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regressions. The results of the study indicated that work related attitudes had significant, positive relationship with jobperformance. It was recommended that the work relatedattitudes should be enhanced to improve the jobperformance of the non -managerial employees in the banking sector in Sri Lanka.
