Abstract The content curation is the most important information dissemination tool to provide easy and instant access to a large array of e-resources to all users of organization that spread across global, and thus facilitates the prompt access and efficient and effective usage of e-resources for their learning and development. It facilitates easy access from the subscribed databases and available free resources on the web that align to the respective learning groups. This study examines the usage of learning resources that curated through internal portal for users to improve their learning and promote social learning. The data for the study were collected through the content curation tool that we used for curating content and examined with the non-curated content from the same database. The study reveals that the learning resources that curated were well utilized and shared amongst the learners through content curation tool than the direct web access.
