A study of job satisfaction of employess - with special reference to stress and psychological illness indicators at workplace Mendiratta Ms. Aparna Sr. Asst. Abstract The productivity of the work force is the most decisive factor as far as the success of an organization is concerned. The productivity in turn is dependent on the psycho-social well being of the employees. Eventually, the paper would aim at pitching the best antidotes for psycho-social well being and job stress. In the given scenario this study has been undertaken to understand the major issues associated with the psychological stress of the pharmaceutical employees in Jaipur city. Another objective is to identify the major causes of job stress. The study investigates the influence of HR policies, compensation and benefits, work pressure and relationship with the superiors on occupational stress level of employees.
