Green banking uses: A study of young generation in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Abstract

In recent years, many areas of life have highlighted concern about the environment. On environmental issues such as climate change, biodiversity loss, environmental damage etc., more attention is being given to the side effects of the development process. Over the past few decades, concern about the environment has become not only a vital public issue, but also an important topic in scholar research. The study has been conducted (February 2018 to January 2019) through on 235 green Banking users with online Google form (119) and offline (116) data collected from Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh). Tools are use for analysis of data factor analysis, chi-square etc. We found male and female consumers have significant difference of satisfaction level about location of ATMs. We have not found any significant difference of income on transaction of users.
