From digital India to skill India or vice versa

Abstract

The concepts of Digital India and Skill India are more or less dependent on each other because both these concepts can work better when together. Nowadays every business organization is demanding the workforce who must possess digital as well as professional skills. So the digital knowledge has emerged as a new curriculum and is helping the youth in learning modern professional skills. A skilled youth can make a digital world and digital world can be created if youth possesses higher intellectual and motor skills.

The present research is a theoretical framework of scope and opportunities of going Digital to Skilled or vice versa. The study discusses in detail whether there exist a relation between Digital and Skill India campaigns with reference to IT education. The findings of research suggest that both digital knowledge and skills are equally important to use digital services and are dependent upon each other.
