Individual Need Appraisala Strategic Tool to Better Work Life Balance Sharkar Shulagna* *Faculttj Member, CLBMRD, Nagpur The article offers an author's view on the changes on individual's living, working and learning environments. It is stated that in the enterprise of the future, living, working and learning environments are converging in an unprecedented way. It is also pointed out that meeting the intellectual and creative challenges of the 21st century demands using evey ounce of creativity available. A quick exercise that will analyze individual's work-life balance sheet is also presented. An individuals need appraisals is supposedly a strategic tool to better mrk-life balance is what the article tries to ring to the fore. Top |
