University, Daltonganj, 822101, (Jharkhand) Online published on 22 January, 2021. Abstract During exploration of forest areas of Ranchi District during the year 2017-2018, a less known and rare variety of Butea monosperma (Lam.) Var. Lutea (Witt) Maheshwari (Fabaceae) was reported. It has been recorded for the first time in Jharkhand.
