Influence of Trichoderma harzianum on germination of uredospore of Puccinia arachidis and conidia of Phaeoisariopsis personata causing rust and late leaf spot of groundnut Ahamedemujtaba V., Kulkarni Shripad, Jahagirdar Shamarao, Harlapur S. I. Department of Plant Pathology, College of Agriculture, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad-580 005 Online published on 28 February, 2013. Abstract Freshly grown conidia of Trichoderma harzianum were suspended in oils along with 2% dextrose and vigorously agitated to find out its inhibition properties on uredospore and conidial germination of rust and late leaf spot. Paraffin oil + neem oil based formulation was most effective in inhibiting rust and late leaf spot causing organisms (87.08% and 91.76%, respectively) followed by neem oil based formulation (81.33 and 84.71% respectively).
