Abstract

An important and influential issue in the progress and performance quality of projects is workplace equipment, which has direct and indirect impact on manpower capabilities and on productivity and effectiveness of the resources needed by the project. We have dealt in this research with a glancing introduction of the factors affecting the costs and their classification since the equipment and removal of construction workplaces. The research sample consists of all the personnel and members of the construction workplaces in the city of Kermanshah, Iran. This research is an applied one by purpose, and of survey type. The sample included 160 people who were randomly selected and asked via a questionnaire. The questionnaire reliability was measured 82% by Cronbach's alpha. Having analyzed the whole data, we came to the conclusion that familiarity with the equipment and removal of workplaces could lead to improving the safety and decreasing the costs.
