Abstract Due to direct and positive impact of organizational citizenship behaviour on organizational strategies and subsequently, attention to such behaviours can be considered for the necessary planning in order to adapt the organization's culture with this strategy as one of the ways of increasing profitability. Organizations aren't able to develop their collective wisdom effectiveness without individuals’ voluntary desire to cooperation. For this reason, completely changed situation, increased competition and necessity of organizations’ effectiveness have cleared need to a valuable generation of human capitals; the generation that remembered them as organizational soldiers. No doubt, these human capitals are distinct point of effective organizations from non-effective organization; because without any prospect, they act more than their official role and spare no effort. In this research aims to provide a framework to identify importance of factors that are involved in the formation of organizational citizenship behaviour. Thus, first factors were identified according to the research background and then using ISM technique was attempted to determine and rank the importance of the factors; and ultimately, result was this form that leadership style and organizational culture are at the highest level. To analyze questionnaire has been used MS EXCEL 2007, MATLAB and MS VISIO 2007 analysis tools.
