The research population was all the employees of Gachsaran Oil and Gas Operating Company, who were 7000 people, and the research sample consisted of 365 employees who were selected by systematic random sampling. To collect the data, after determining the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, we used Halpin and Craft's organizational climate inventory (1963) as well as Maslach & Jackson burnout inventory (1981). In order to analyze the data, we used Pearson coefficient correlation method, multiple correlation coefficients and multiple regressions within the repeated measure design. The results revealed that there is a negative and significant relation between employee burnout and organizational climate, supportive dimension, cooperative dimension, and intimate dimension. It was also shown that there is a negative and insignificant association between employee burnout and imperative dimension as well as pretending-to-work dimension, and that there is there is a positive and insignificant relationship between employee burnout and restrictive dimension.
