In PDA containing 20% culture filterate of T. harzianum and G virens, 43 5 and 47 9% growth inhibition of F o lentis was recorded, respectively. In pots, pre-sowing seed treatment (ST) with Pseudomonas fluorescens + carboxin resulted in 62 3% wilt control The rhizosphere population of F o lentis in 10 - 20 cm soil depth at 30 - 60 days after sowing was 32 7 - 135 7 cfu x 10 in ST with G virens and it was lower than that in soil drenching with spore suspension of G virens or T harzianum ST with carbendazim + thiram and G virens + P fluorescens + carboxin were effective in the field in controlling 48 8 and 44 2% lentil wilt, respectively.
