Seasonal incidence of Brevicoryne brassicae and Plutella xylostella on Brassica oleracea in Jind District, Haryana Kusum, Shalini Department of Zoology, Baba Mastnath University, Asthal Bohar, Rohtak-124 001 (Haryana), India, skshalinikhetarpal@gmail.com Online published on 20 July, 2019. Abstract The maximum population of Brevicoryne brassicae was recorded 352 aphids/plant in 9th SW of year 2017 when the temperature range were 10.2–25.1°C and RH 37–72%. The maximum population of Plutella xylostella in the year 20162017 was recorded 11.40/plant in 6th SW when the temperature range and RH were 10.2–23.1 and 50–89%, respectively. The population of aphid had positive influence of maximum, minimum temperatures and wind fall while RHmorng and RHevng showed negative influence on them. Rainfall did not show any influence on aphid population. Similarly the population of P. xylostella had positive correlation with maximum, minimum temperatures and RH while rainfall and wind speed had positive non-significant correlation.
