Online published on 7 April, 2020. Abstract Bacillus isolates were evaluated for their antagonistic activities against Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani from chick pea rhizosphere and their compatibility with Fusarium oxysporum and Rhizoctonia solani.Bacillus B1 isolate showed 53.3% inhibition and Bacillus N2(2) showed 41.7% inhibition against R. solani. Compatibility of fungicides with B1 and N2(2), Bacillus isolates was checked using turbidometric method, disc method and poisoned food method. Both isolates were found compatible with different fungicides concentration. Both isolates when incorporated as seed treatment, increased germination percentage, root/shoot length and vigour index. Out of 5 fungicides, maximum tolerance concentration and maximum inhibition centration was found to be more concentration by Carbendazim.
