Abstract This case reports describes the esthetic dental treatment of a patient with dental fluorosis where microabrasion was used to treat the problem. The patient's teeth had white and light yellow spots which were treated with the mixture of acid and pumice i.e. microabrasion. The esthetic results were satisfactory.
