Late Onset Papillon Lefevre, Syndome -A Case

Abstract

Papillon Lefevre Syndrome (PLS) is characterized by hyperkeratosis of the palmar and plantar surfaces and rapid, severe destruction of the periodontium, appearin by 4 years of age and affecting all erupted teeth. Usually the patient becomes edentulous by the age of 20 yrs. In this article an unusual case of late onset of Papillon Lefevre Syndrome is presented.
