Abstract Internal resorption is a rare condition in permanent teeth that poses difficulties for treatment. Use of MTA in the repair of internal resorption has shown promising results. The following article is a case report on the treatment of internal resorption using MTA. After mechanical instrumentation, irrigation, the defect was filled with mineral trioxide aggregate, and the canals were obturated conventionally.
