Abstract

Velopharyngeal Incompetence (VPI) Is an abnormality characterized by an excessive amount of nasal air escaping during speech; wherein there Is an abnormal separation of nasopharynx from the oropharynx occurs. In this article, we have revisited the archives and shortly described the various surgical methods in use for surgical management of VPI.
