Cutaneous Odontogenic Sinus Tract to the Submandibular Region: A Case Report

Abstract

We report a case in which an extraoral sinus tract was initially misdiagnosed as skin lesion. The patient underwent dermatological treatment and was prescribed antibiotics for a long time but the lesion did not resolve. Then, a dental cause was sought, and identified. Endodontic Intervention resulted in resolution of the problem, confirming Vie initial misdiagnosis
