Abstract Smile plays an important role in ones personality, Bleaching of teeth is a conservative, safe, and an economical aesthetic procedure, Various concentration of carbamide peroxide are being used for bleaching procedures still there are concerns regarding tooth weakening and alteration of surface morphology. This study has been undertaken to evaluate the effect of 10% and 15% carbamide peroxide on hardness and surface morphology of human enamel.
