A skillful approach enables the patient to understand and accept the best that is being offered to him. This article describes the step by step rehabilitation procedure of a patient with atrophic ridges using Admix impression Technique for achieving maximum peripheral seal together with minimal pressure on the crest of the ridge to obtain retention and stability followed by Neutral zone to ensure a stable mandibular denture and use of Non-Anatomic teeth for lesserdeformation and lateral stress on the ridge.
