Abstract This case report presents young male trauma victim,with surgically repositioned,retrognathic maxilla, lost upper five anterior teeth, alveolar support, lost lip support and concern for his esthetics, presenting a challenging situation for placement of an appropriate prosthesis. After analysing various clinical factors, a fixed removable bridge (Andrew's Bridge) using latest precision attachment with bilateral clips to the bar was planned and delivered successfully, thus restoring esthetics, function, occlusion and lost confidence of this young patient.
