Loss of an eye due to congenital defects, trauma or diseases results in facial defect having an agonizing effect on the psychology of the patient. Rehabilitation of the patient with prosthesis provides social, psychological and cosmetic benefits. This article discusses the prosthetic rehabilitation in an elderly male patient with an ocular defect using heat activated acrylic resin.
